Shipping Rates and Delivery
We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Any orders made before 11am will be sent out that day.
Standard Delivery - £3
Standard Delivery (Heavy) - £4.20 (Large quantities or bulkier items such as puffer jackets)
Standard Delivery (Heaviest) - £8.50 (Larger quantities of items/multiple heavy items)
Please note that our delivery times are estimates from the couriers themselves and we can not control the circumstances. We are not able to offer a refund of delivery costs if the item does not arrive in the estimated timeframe. Deliveries often can not be made on a weekend or bank holiday.
We use Royal Mail as our standard courier for UK orders. Orders should reach your front door in 1-3 days from the day of dispatch. This service also covers mainland UK, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight which take around 3-5 days.
All orders to Northern Ireland will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and should arrive in 3-5 days.
All orders to the Channel Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and should be delivered in 3-5 days. Royal Mail delivers Monday-Saturday.
Ireland and Europe
Items of a lower weight such as sweatshirts and tees will be between £9-£11 but for multiple items or heavier items, such as jackets, this will cost £12.50 and shall be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked service.
Please be aware that delivery times can be much more sporadic following Brexit. If you are having problems with delivery, please reach out to the courier service as they are the ones that can resolve the issue, not us.
Rest of the World
Countries such as Australia, USA and Canada, the cost of shipping will be £25 for all items.
Customs Charges and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and can not advise you what the charge may be as they vary from country to country.
We will not refund any international orders for the refusal to pay customs fees. If the item is returned to us by the courier due to the customer not paying the customs charge, we will charge the customer shipping again and send the item back. Failure to comply with this will result in us withholding both the item(s) and refund.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
Once we dispatch your order we will send you an email with both your order information as well as the tracking code.
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, make sure you check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
