Not every item correlates with the label that is marked on the piece. So we decided to hand measure each item and provide our experienced opinion on what size it is best suited to. 

Tops

We start by measuring the chest size of tops from one armpit to another (pit to pit).

We then measure the length of the top by starting at the shoulder seem and we run this to the bottom of the piece. (Many vintage sites will measure from the back of the neck to the base of the top. We decided not to follow this format as it doesn't always provide the most accurate representation of the length.)

Below is a picture of how we do it. 

Bottoms

Firstly we measure the width of the bottoms around the waistband.

Secondly we take the length measurement by measuring from the hip down to the ankle.

All items are layed out flat when measuring and are all taken in inches.

Covid-19 Update

We are still offering fast delivery and will often send parcels out the same day for orders that are placed before 4pm Monday-Friday. Please be aware that due to the current global pandemic, shipping times may vary but we are working as hard as we can to ensure the same pace delivery that our customers are used to.

With the current pandemic taken into consideration, we are no longer offering next day delivery as it is no longer feasible within our resources or within or courier’s capabilities. We appreciate your understanding during this troubling time.

UK Delivery

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer Free UK Shipping on orders £50 and over.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will be processed and sent out the same day. Any order placed after 4pm or at the weekend or bank holiday will be processed and dispatched the following day.

If you submit your order before 4pm GMT (Monday-Friday) it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be sent out the following day.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates from the couriers themselves and we can not control the circumstances. We are not able to offer a refund of delivery costs if the item does not arrive in the estimated timeframe. Deliveries often can not be made on a weekend or bank holiday.

Standard Courier

We use Hermes as our standard courier for UK orders. Orders should reach your front door in 3-4 days from the day of dispatch. This service also covers mainland UK, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight which take around 3-5 days.

Express/Next Day Delivery

In the case of Express/Next Day Delivery, we use Royal Mail and the item will be shipped out the same day for orders placed before 4pm GMT. Next Day Delivery is not available for all UK postcodes and will be offered at checkout if your postcode is applicable. As this service is not guaranteed, we can not offer you a refund for your delivery cost if it does not arrive in the estimated timeframe. 

Royal Mail Tracked

Any order placed using this service should arrive to your front door in 3-5 working days. The item will be able to be tracked throughout the process. This is not the same as Royal Mail First Class and can take slightly longer in some cases.

Northern Ireland

All orders to Northern Ireland will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and should arrive in 3-5 days.

Channel Islands

All orders to the Channel Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked and should be delivered in 3-5 days. Royal Mail delivers Monday-Saturday.

International Delivery

All orders abroad will cost £15 and shall be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked service.

Customs Charges and Import Charges

Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and can not advise you what the charge may be as they vary from country to country.
