Returning an item
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered please send them back to us in their original condition accompanied with the Returns Form (download here) within 14 days of receipt to:

When we receive your item we will issue a full refund (excluding original postage costs) within 48 hours of receipt provided the item(s) are in their original conditions. Please allow up to 7 working days before the refund appears back on your card/account.

- UrbanRetro.co.uk takes no responsibility of the item(s) until it reaches us.
- UrbanRetro.co.uk recommends that you use a delivery service that will insure the item(s) in case they are lost in transit.
Exchanging an item
If you would like to exchange an item(s) you have ordered please send them back to us in their original condition accompanied with the Returns Form (download here) within 14 days of receipt to:

Please remember to check our website for stock availability before returning the item(s) to us.
To guarantee that the item(s) you want will be in stock when we receive your returns please send an e-mail to returns@urbanretro.co.uk detailing the item(s) you would like in exchange. That way we can reserve it for you.
Please remember to include your Order ID in the e-mail
Received the Wrong Item(s)
We endeavour at UrbanRetro.co.uk to ensure that all orders are dispatched correctly and to the satisfaction of our customers. However, it can be the case that an item was sent to you incorrectly.
If this is the case:
Please follow our returns policy as above for a full refund
Or
Please follow our exchanges policy as above for a replacement.
Of course UrbanRetro.co.uk will refund your postage costs in both circumstances.
