UNITED KINGDOM - STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is charged at £2.50. Spend £40 or more for FREE standard delivery.

- Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery
- You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched

In the event of a non-arrival of an order please allow 7 to 14 days from dispatch date before contacting us. If the item still does not arrive please contact us at tracking@urbanretro.co.uk so we can investigate it further.

UNITED KINGDOM - RECORDED DELIVERY

Standard delivery is charged at £2.95. Spend £80 or more for FREE recorded delivery.

- Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery
- You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched

- Recorded delivery provides the customer with a tracking number and insurance to cover any loss or damage to the items
- Upon receipt of the order a signature will be required
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery or collect the item(s) from your local depot

UNITED KINGDOM - NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next day delivery is charged at £5.95. Spend £120 or more for FREE next day delivery.

- Orders must be processed before 3pm Monday to Friday to qualify for next day delivery.
- Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday or Monday depending on the postal service in your area.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This will also apply to orders made on Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders placed on a bank holiday Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

Upon receipt of the order, a signature will be required. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery or collect the item(s) from your local depot

EUROPE - SIGNED FOR DELIVERY

European deliveries are charged at £6.00 plus £1.00 per item. Heavier items may incur an additional fee which will automatically be calculated at the checkout.

- Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery
- A signature will be required upon arrival of your order.
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery or collect the item(s) from your local depot

International deliveries are charged at £8.00 plus £1.00 per item. Heavier items may incur an additional fee which will automatically be calculated at the checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CUSTOM CHARGES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them. We cannot predict how much these charges will be. Since customs vary country to country please contact you local customs office for further information.

ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to you between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8.30am-5.30pm window. If no one is present to accept the delivery at the stated address the driver will leave a delivery attempt card with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery
